Matt Pattison: Banned for two matches from March 31

MATT Pattison will miss two big matches following his yellow card against Salisbury City on Monday.

The Cards' midfielder is banned by the FA for having reached 10 bookings and he will sit out Woking's Blue Square Premier date at FA Trophy finalists Ebbsfleet on April 5 and the clash with fierce rivals Stevenage Borough at Kingfield on April 8.

"The player is warned about his future conduct if he gets to five bookings after the February deadline but Matt has reached 10 and they still ban the player in those circumstances," confirmed Cards' football director, Phil Ledger.

Cards' chairman David Taylor is instigating a zero tolerance at Kingfield in respect of foul and abusive language on the pitch, in an attempt to cut down on what is one of the top three worst disciplinary records in the league.
