Rich Hall’s alter ego, the redneck jailbird Otis Lee Crenshaw, is coming to Dorking Halls

RICH Hall and his alter ego Otis Lee Crenshaw descend upon Dorking Halls on Friday, March 28 at 8pm.

Performing in his usual grouchy, deadpan style, Rich Hall’s intelligent, passionate humour and pure comic genius have earned him fans around the world.

Since leaving his job as a hurricane-namer for the United States Meteorological Service 18 years ago, Hall hasn’t looked back.

He has become an Edinburgh Festival favourite, and has won a Perrier Award as well as two Emmys for his writing for The David Letterman Show in America.

His alter ego - the redneck jailbird, Otis Lee Crenshaw - has been married seven times, all to women called Brenda, and is a singer-songwriter specialising in bourbon-soaked tunes, which when blended with audience banter create the perfect fusion of music and comedy.

Tickets to see Rich Hall at Dorking Halls on March 28 cost £15 and are available to purchase now from the box office on 01309 881717 or online at www.dorkinghalls.co.uk.
